Parag S. Deshpande joined the Board of ThingOnet in 2018 engaged in IoT products . Parag has served Kinetic Engineering from 1989 to 2000 as a manager in automobile electronics division. Later he worked with few MNCs in the area of electronic component distribution as an application engineer and widely traveled overseas for indigenous circuit designs to implement it locally as a part of value engineering. He is the first to introduce microcontroller based designs in automotive products in India, for which he presented papers in number of engineering colleges & institutes like ARAI ,ELCINA etc.. His focus is to apply cutting edge electronics to design IoT products at a very cost effective price. He earned his master’s engineering degree ME Electronics in 1989 from Amravti University with high honors in embedded technology.

He brings extensive expertise in finance, audit, and business advisory, backed by valuable prior experience with the UB Group. His diverse background contributes to strategic decision-making and sound governance at the board level.

Mr. Rahul Mahtre joined ThingOnet as a Chief Technical Officer in 2022. After obtaining Electronics Engineering degree in 2005, he served Corporates / MNCs at senior positions. His great achievement is in providing solutions with inhouse designs that are a very cost effective in the field of IoT. With his proficiency in Hardware as well as Software can undertake customized / tailor made turn key projects.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Arvind Patil joined ThingOnet as a Chief Operating Officer in 2022.
After obtaining his B-Tech degree in 2014 from Mumbai University, he served Corporates / MNCs at senior positions, including at Patni Computers Systems Pvt. Ltd.
He is excellent in interacting and interfacing with different departments, from Call Center / Sales-Marketing / Procurement to R&D / Testing configurations, for effective and smooth product deployment. His major achievement was in the field of Mobile apps for Android and iOS.
Chief People Officer
A dynamic young entrepreneur, Falguni, has joined ThingOnet as the Chief People Officer. With a strong academic foundation in BAF and an MBA in Finance, she has played a pivotal role in establishing diversified business verticals within a remarkably short span of time.
She happens to be instrumental in recruiting Skilled personnel in start-up project in this cutting edge technological field of IoT.
Apart from HR and Finance experience she also possesses skill set for event management.
